Wazan kum karnay ki tips
Agar aap apna wazan kum karna chahatay hain or kuch asaan tareeqay dhundrahay hain to in tips ko zaroor follow karein or faida hasil karein.
Tip no 1:
-Apni giza mai hari sabziyon ka ziada say ziada istemaal karein. Vitamins hasil karnay kay liye yeh bohat ahem hai or wazan kum karnay ka ek mufeed tareeqa hai.
Tip no 2:
-Ziada say ziada pani ka istemaal karein. Suba uthtay hi sab say pehlay 1 glass garam pani peelein or uskay taqreeban 30 min baad nashta karein. Sath hi din mai 8 glass pani zaroor piyian.
Tip no 3:
-Cold drinks or soda wagiera say parhaiz karein. Iskay bajaye fruit juice ka intakhaab karein. Dosri mashroobaat jaisay coffee or green tea bhi faiday mand hain.
Tip no 4:
-Khanay ki miqdaar kum kardein. Ek waqt mai bohat sara khana ek sath khalena sehat kay liye nuqsaan deh hai. Isiliye waqt per khana lekin mahdood miqdaar mai khana zaroori hai.
